About Us In 1995, our Founders began acquiring rent-stabilized multifamily properties in the New York metropolitan area. They became adept at buying underperforming commercial real estate and subsequently stabilizing the assets through a variety of value creation techniques. In 2003, their first development project was launched in Chappaqua, New York. In 2012, the Founders came together to form Harrison Capital Group and utilize their relationships to acquire multifamily and commercial properties under a new platform that offers asset management, property management and facility management under one umbrella.  |
